Academy is Beijing’s leading high performance tennis school. We have been in operation since 2007 and teach at many international schools and local facilities. The right candidate must have good communication skills and work well in a team.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing on-court tennis instruction as directed by the Head Coach
- Communicating with office staff and the Head Coach on class schedules and changes
- Representing GS Academy in the best light
- Develop tennis and coaching skill to become a Senior Coach
- Participate in all GS Academy events and activities as instructed.
- Maintain administration duties regularly such as lesson plans, rolls, records and scheduling
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Minimum – Tennis Australia Level 1 Coaching (Club Professional) certification or an international equivalent from a reputable and known tennis organization
- Minimum – 2 years coaching experience (all standards and all age groups)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Playing experience essential – Either ITF Juniors, US College (NCAA),
- ITN player rating of 4 or better
- Experience coaching mini-tennis (or similar program), juniors aged 9-18 years from beginner to advanced level.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English
- Ability to work well independently within a team environment
- Demonstrates drive and integrity
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Effective problem-solving and mediation skills
- Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
