Tennis & Fitness Club in Miramar Beach, FL is looking for a full-time Club Manager.

Manages day-to-day operations of the Club including sales & marketing, scheduling, development of staff, guest/member services, facilities and equipment maintenance, the purchasing and sales of all Pro Shop merchandise and maintaining proper financial controls. Demonstrate a passion for health, fitness and tennis.

Deliver world-class service to guests/members engaged in the use of the Club, tram operations and/or use of other related Club amenities and events.
Recruit, interview, select, schedule, supervise, train and develop Club staff in the performance of their duties to ensure guest/member satisfaction.
Manage Club desk operation including guest/member services, fitness center sign-in, tennis court reservations, Pro shop, tram operations and overall operation of the Club.
Manage pro shop retail operation including ordering of merchandise, taking monthly inventory, sales, promotions and financial review to achieve budgetary goals and objectives.
Manage reconciliation and payment of fees to fitness instructors, spa therapists and other third party providers, based on criteria outlined in approved contracts.
Physically walk through the Club multiple times per day to ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping of club facilities, tram vehicles and related equipment.
Enforcement of club/facility/resort rules and regulations governing the use of the facility, its equipment and other property.
Assist Director of Tennis in promotion of tennis lessons, programs, clinics, round robins, tournaments, socials, group sales packages, etc. for members and guests of the club/resort.
Create and execute a strategy for club member retention, increasing new members, and track and maintain all membership records.
Create and execute quarterly Club member events and generate and distribute a bi-monthly newsletter promoting all happenings at the Club.
Follow company financial management procedures to order goods and services, pay vendors, and manage expenses to the annual Budget.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Some college/degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in private club operations, some retail experience, plus minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
