- The intern will have the opportunity to attend several local tennis events
Description of the Internship:
The intern will work with the Marketing and Communications Division in each of the core areas; Advanced Media, Communications and Marketing. Projects could include website maintenance, media relations, and sports research projects. The intern will also be responsible for general office assistance, inventory management, and database maintenance.
Schedule:
Minimum of 3 hours per week
Candidate Qualifications:
- Currently, a high school junior or senior or a freshman or sophomore in an undergraduate program
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with the Internet
- Initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of social media and web based networking sites – a plus
