Tennis Mastery & Introductions Teacher
School in Culver, California is looking for a Tennis Mastery & Introductions Teacher.

Position Overview:
School seeks a Tennis Teacher for 2019-20 to foster students’ intellectual, social-emotional, and ethical growth. A part-time member of the after school teaching team. This Tennis Teacher will work alongside a faculty committed to innovating their teaching practices and will report to the Auxiliary Division Head. Tennis will be taught in the Tennis Club, which resides under the Mastery Program as well as in the Introductions program which both reside under the umbrella of after school offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver instruction of Tennis as approved by the Auxiliary Division Head.
Develop best practice, and implement long and short range plans for differentiated private and small group instruction.
Develop online resources to effectively bridge work between lessons; partner with the family to foster practice at home.
Play an integral role in preparing a learning environment in line with our whole child instructional philosophy.
Participate in professional development.
Perform other related duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
Experience in or familiarity with independent schools preferred.
