High Performance Partnerships Manager
Tennis Company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is looking for a High Performance Partnerships Manager with a driven, energetic personality and expert level experience in tennis.

Position Overview:
Summary: Tennis Company is looking for a driven, energetic tennis expert who is ready to make impacting change with one of the fastest growing tennis brands in the world. Our High Performance Partnerships Manager is a new position we’ll be adding to the quickly-expanding team who will be dedicated to developing new relationships and managing existing partnerships with high performance junior players and collegiate programs. Responsibilities:

Recruit, retain, and help develop junior tennis players through the Company’s Sponsorship Program

Ensure sponsored players’ equipment needs are being fulfilled while working to help players develop, improve, and perform at the highest level

Manage sponsorship agreements and expectations

Continue expanding the Company’s Collegiate Partnership Program by working with schools at all levels

Create and maintain relationships with coaching staff and players at college programs

Coordinate samples and demos for college teams and serve as a technical resource for any product specifications

Travel to national junior tournaments to meet with prospective sponsored players and scout rising stars

Inform tennis partnerships about new products in testing, expected releases, and other relevant Company deals and updates

Become an expert on our products, processes, and remain up-to-date with industry news

Qualifications & Skills:

Outgoing, energetic, and optimistic personality with a passion for the sport of tennis

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and concepts

Expert level knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment

Strong organization and task management

Passion for business development and developing customer relationships

Strong initiative and drive to meet team and personal goals

Exceptional problem-solving skills and practical thinking

Existing contacts and relationships within the industry, specifically at the collegiate level, is preferred

Previous coaching experience (college coaching experience preferred)

Previous experience playing high performance tennis (collegiate and above preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

Location: Nationwide (Fort Lauderdale, FL Preferred) with travel up to 50%

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience; performance-based bonus and other benefits
