Head Tennis Coach
Tennis Club in Surrey, United Kingdom is looking for a full-time Head Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
The Head Coach will assist the Club Committee in promoting all aspects of the club, but primarily in developing and delivering a dynamic, creative and high-quality coaching programme. The role will entail leading a team of coaches & volunteers.

Person Specification:
The candidate will be involved in the delivery and management of a comprehensive club programme, including (but not limited to) running various different groups at the club and co-ordinating individual lessons.

Role:
• 20 – 35 hours, weekend and evening work required.
• Opportunity for individual coaching.
• Overseeing and scheduling coaching team.
• Marketing of club programmes (internal and external).
• Organisation of some club events.

The applicant must:
• Be minimum LTA Level 3 Coach or equivalent.
• Be of a high playing standard.
• Be highly personable with excellent communication skills.
• Be highly organised, reliable and punctual with attention to detail.
• Have a professional image.
• Have experience of coaching people of all ages and abilities.
• Have a positive ‘Can Do’ mental attitude.
• Have a passion for learning and self-improvement.
• Have a willingness to work hard.
• Have some track record of the described role in previous positions.
• Have strong written and oral English language skills.
