Director of 10 & Under Tennis Programs
Club in Morganville, New Jersey is looking for a Director of 10 & Under Tennis Programs.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate must have USPTA, PTR certifications in Junior Development. Excellent verbal and communications skills. High energy and a positive attitude.

The 10U Director will be responsible for:
Complete management, organization, and growth of 10U programs with an emphasis on the Red Ball stage.
Available to work at least one day on the weekend.
Responsible for hiring & training assistant coaches based on the club’s structure, guidelines, and price points.
USTA/In-house tournaments min once per month.

15 hours per week committed to administrative work related to:
1. Communication with parents regarding the structure of the classes and progress.
2. Developing and conducting successful systems based on Club’s Progression Pathway Systems and others.
3. Reaching out to new business channels to generate new participants (ex: schools, daycares, etc).
4. Constantly updating and following up with parents/students on progression pathway systems.
5. Once per month parent/student educational meetings or/and constant updates on progression pathway systems.
6. By-monthly participations, retentions, and numbers report on Junior Developmental programs submitted to General Manager.
