Director of Junior Tennis Development
Club in Westchester, New York is looking for a Director of Junior Tennis Development.

Position Overview:
The Director of Junior Development would work hand in hand with the Director of Tennis to push the vision of the club.
• Work with the Director of Tennis in putting together a curriculum for the Junior Development Program and making sure the Pros are working that curriculum. Making sure all classes are level appropriate and promoting students to next level.
• Sales and promotion of program, ie; private lessons, additional days of play, advancing players. Answering customer service calls.
• Make ups for all JD classes.

The Director of Junior Development would also be responsible for the Program Coordination of the all Juniors.
• Entering all sales/group placement into our court registration platform.
• Checking court sheets constantly and adjusting as necessary, ie: changing pro schedules, cancellations, court changes, program changes, etc.
• Gaining an expertise of our court management platform.

Desired Education/Experience/Qualifications:
• College degree strongly preferred.
• 5 years or more of tennis teaching experience.
• USPTA and/or PTR Certified – commitment to be certified.
• Level of Play 4.5 or higher.
• Must be ambitious, passionate about people, coachable, and a contagious positive attitude.
