Assistant Tennis Professional
Country Club in Austin, Texas is looking for a full-time Assistant Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
The Tennis Professional will be part of a team that is responsible for assisting the Director of Sports in running the entire tennis operation. These responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Teaching, training and coaching individuals and teams at all ages and levels of abilities.
· Planning and conducting adult clinics, women’s tennis team practices, and all aspects of junior tennis including clinics and camps.
· Oversight of billing of the clinic, lesson and camp fees.
· Creating and sending communications to tennis membership.
· Assist in planning and promoting social tennis events for membership.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a high energy individual with a proven record of exceptional playing and coaching skills as well as an aptitude for personal relations and program marketing. A successful candidate must be willing and able to work with tennis players of all abilities as well as all ages from small children to senior players, have excellent communication skills when dealing with private club members and posses excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Compensation:
The compensation package for this position is composed of an hourly rate for groups and clinics and a high percentage of personally taught lessons.

The total compensation for this package is well over $100,000. Additional benefits may include: a 401K, medical, dental, and vision insurance, employee meal plan, as well as other perks associated with Hotels and Resorts employees.
