Assistant Tennis and Pickleball Professional
Country Club in Deal, New Jersey is looking for an Assistant Tennis and Pickleball Professional.

Position Overview:
Major Duties:
-Provide tennis and pickleball instruction relating to the techniques and strategies to members, non-members and guests to enhance broad-based member participation.
-Ensure that all facility members, non-members and guests receive courteous, prompt and professional attention to all their tennis and pickleball needs.
-Attend all staff and management meetings.
-Maintain an accurate record of all lessons and clinics given.
-Promote all programs, tournaments and events.
-Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
-Work to retain and grow memberships.
-Ascertain that all areas of the tennis facility are neat and clean at all times.
-Enforce facility rules and regulations governing the use of the facility, its equipment and other property.
-Knowledge of equipment available at the pro shop.
-Other duties as assigned. On-court and off-court (Admin).
-Subject to change with business needs.
Must have at least 5 years of experience
Must have a certification from PTR, PTA or USTA
