Head Tennis Professional
Country Club in Kansas City, Missouri is looking for a full-time Head Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
We are searching for a full-time Head Tennis Professional to assist with junior and adult private/group lessons. The Head Professional will work directly with the Director of Racquets. Country Club has a very active tennis playing membership. The majority of our activity involves our ladies and junior programming. We have competitive adult teams and a junior academy with many players having gone on to play college tennis. Blue Hills continues to look for opportunities to expand their men’s and pickleball programs.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of teaching experience and be motivated to become a professional in the tennis industry. The assistant professional will be involved in all aspects of the rackets department at the Club including private lessons, group lessons, socials, league organization, office hours, stringing, etc.

All applicants must be highly organized, consistently arrive early for all scheduled activities, have good communication skills, have a professional demeanor, and be an ambassador for the club. Our membership is extremely welcoming with a family-friendly feel for whom we provide a high level of service. Current full-time employees have all worked 10+ years at the Club which speaks to the work environment and how the club treats its employees.

Compensation will include salary, percentage of lessons, hourly rate, and other benefits.

Range: $60,000-75,000 earning potential to start.
