Director of Platform Tennis & Head Tennis Professional
Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for a Director of Platform Tennis & Head Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Country Club is searching for the right professional to lead their Paddle Program in the winter. They would also teach tennis during the summer months. This professional would work directly with the Director of Racquets year-round.

Paddle
Lead a program that is comprised of approximately 140 paddle players. The program includes 5 men’s teams, 5 women’s teams, weekly organized men’s and mixed play, special events for members and community tournaments. Organize and execute practices, clinics and lessons as well.

Tennis
Teach team practices, clinics, juniors and private lessons. Help out with select special events.

Pickleball
Teach clinics and lessons and help with events as needed.

Skills Needed
• Respond in a timely manner to members and fellow staff
• Organized
• Energetic and passionate about paddle
• Ability to run Tournaments smoothly
• Ability to create and run member Special Events
• Highly motivated to entice new players and keep programming fresh for current players

Qualifications:
APTA Certification
USPTA or PTR Certified
PTI below 15.0
4.5 NTRP rating

Compensation:
