Director of 10 and Under Tennis
Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts is looking for a Director of 10 and Under Tennis.

Position Overview:

Increases member participation and retention by actively, constantly & personally promoting all club programming.
Ensures Tennis department maintain immaculate tennis courts and facility.
Accepts responsibility for the satisfactory conclusion to all tennis-related member services problems where you are involved.
Provides world class tennis lessons for adults and juniors—private, semi-private and group—beginner through advanced levels.
Evaluates student progress and teaching tennis best practices and techniques.
Meets weekly with Junior Tennis Director individually.
Attends weekly tennis pro-staff meetings.
Involved with regular club tennis events to include Pro -Ams, Club Championship, USTA Tournaments, Monthly/ Weekly / Daily tennis socials and Drills, round robins etc.
Sincerely enjoying helping others improve their ability to play tennis in a family setting.

• You have 5 or more years of Professional Tennis experience, in a high revenue generating large tennis facility.
• Possess a NTRP rating of 5.0 or higher with collegiate or professional playing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Is directly responsible for the growth and development of the 10 and under programs.
• Create all schedules and outlines for Red, Orange, and Green Ball programming.
• Schedule quarterly special events for the 10 and under programs.
• Plan, organize, and implement a high energy and high-quality program thru lessons, clinics, and fun special events.
• Responsible for all session registrations and daily signups/entries and ensuring all data is accurate.
• Participate in the development of all marketing material for 10 and Under programs that stays in line with program vision and philosophy.
Promptly return all emails and phone calls pertaining to the 10 and under program.

Job Qualifications: Upon hire, the teaching professional must:
• Have 2 years in an administrative capacity.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience running 10 and Under programming.
• Have the ability to manage a large group of dynamic individuals.
