Director of Racquet Sports
Club in Broomfield, Colorado is looking for a Director of Racquet Sports.

Position Overview:
The Director of Racquet Sports/Club Manager at the Club will serve as the senior staff member expected to lead a best in class family friendly swim and tennis club. Reporting to the Club Board of Directors, the candidate will be responsible for all aspect of day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs through management of appropriate tennis professionals, pool director, hospitality and grounds manager, and other support and maintenance staff. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and operating to a budget as agreed by the board.

In the key role as director of racquet sports, you will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the overall racquet sports programs and club operations. This includes hiring and management of tennis professionals and ensuring both adult and youth program offerings meet the needs and desires of our membership.

The Director of Raquet Sports / Club Manager is accountable for all aspects of the club operations, including oversight of staff, court conditions, pool conditions, grounds and buildings in a manner that reflects the mission of our hometown club.

This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for tennis and pickleball, coupled with exceptional management and organizational skills for management of the associated staff positions and facilities at the club including pool and swim programs.

In addition to delivering an exceptional level of membership service, an important focus of this position is the management of program and social offerings and achieving agreed upon participation targets as outlined in in the annual operating budget.

While this role is a year-round full-time position, the summer months of May through September are significantly more demanding than the off season.
