Head Racquets Professional
Club in Hobe Sound, Florida is looking for a Head Racquets Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
1. Helps DOR to implement and direct instructional programs.
2. Provides lessons and clinics relating to the techniques and strategies of tennis and pickleball to members and guests.
3. Assists in organizing and officiating tournaments, exhibitions and inter and intra club social events.
4. Helps to enforce club policies and procedures regarding play on club courts.
5. Strings racquets and performs other light equipment repairs.
6. Assists with maintenance, repair, and cleaning of courts.
7. Provides assistance in the Racquets Shop with purchases, inventory, and billing
8. Ensures that all Club members and guests receive courteous, prompt, and professional attention to all their needs.
9. Markets tennis and pickleball events and programs to all members and their guests
10. Attends all staff meetings including orientation.
11. Helps to maintain an accurate record of all lessons and clinics given.
12. Constantly inspects and maintains all physical areas including water on tennis and pickleball courts.
13. Attends Racquets Committee meetings when requested by the DOR.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree or higher, Strong tennis playing background (college or equivalent), Experience working in Country Club environment, Experience playing and coaching pickleball.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
USPTA Certification Required/ PPR Certification Preferred.

Physical Demands:
Candidates must be able to spend long periods of time on the tennis and pickleball courts teaching lessons and clinics for adults and juniors. Candidates must be able to accommodate all hitting, playing, and coaching requests from members and their guests.
