Tennis & Pickleball Coach
Tennis facility in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey is looking for a Tennis and Pickleball Coach.

Position Overview:
Location: New Jersey, USA

Season Duration: Full Year (with scheduled breaks)

Salary: $90,000+ Annually

Responsibilities: – Conducting Tennis and Pickleball training sessions for various age groups and skill levels. – Planning and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure athlete development. – Organizing and participating in sports events, tournaments, and competitions. – Collaborating with the sports facility management for the advancement of Tennis and Pickleball programs. – Providing mentorship and guidance to athletes to achieve personal and competitive goals. – Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during training and matches. – Keeping up to date with the latest coaching techniques and industry standards.

Requirements: – Proven experience as a Tennis and/or Pickleball coach. – Strong understanding of game rules, techniques, and coaching strategies. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels. – Relevant certification(s) in sports coaching, fitness, or related field. – Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by training and match schedules.
