Assistant Racquets Professional
Country Club in Allentown, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Racquets Professional.

Our club features state-of-the-art courts for tennis, paddle, and pickleball, along with a range of programs for all skill levels.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Racquets Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for racquet sports and a commitment to delivering exceptional coaching and support to our members. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of our racquet sports programs, providing individual and group lessons, and helping to maintain a vibrant and engaging club atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Racquets Professional and Director of Racquets in planning and executing racquet sports programs and events.
• Provide high-quality instruction in tennis, paddle, and/or pickleball to members of all ages and skill levels.
• Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and junior development programs.
• Assist in organizing tournaments, social events, and other racquet-related activities.
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants by maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of racquet facilities and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in racquet sports coaching.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive community among members and staff.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a racquets professional or assistant, preferably in a club setting.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in tennis, paddle, and/or pickleball.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable personality.
• Certified by a recognized racquets organization (e.g., USPTA, PTR, PSA, etc.) is a plus.
