Assistant Tennis Coach
University in Fayetteville, Arkansas is looking for a full-time Assistant Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Head Women’s Tennis Coach, Assistant Tennis Coach will play a vital role in supporting the head coach in all aspects of the women’s tennis program. This position involves management of practices, individual workouts, match preparation, administrative processes, video analysis, community service programming, and recruitment of athletically and academically qualified student-athletes.

Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• At least one year of tennis coaching experience at the collegiate level, elite junior, or professional level
• Demonstrated working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, or related field
• Power 5 coaching experience
• At least three years of tennis coaching experience at the collegiate level, elite junior, or professional level
