Tennis Instructor
Club in Gilbert, Arizona is looking for a Tennis Instructor.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities: – Conduct tennis lessons for various age groups and skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and physical fitness. – Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of both group and private sessions. – Evaluate the progress of students and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their game. – Promote a positive and energetic environment that encourages sportsmanship and a love for the sport. – Assist in organizing and running tennis events and tournaments. – Collaborate with other coaching staff to enhance the overall quality of the tennis program. – Ensure all coaching activities are conducted safely and in accordance with program guidelines.

Qualifications: – Proven experience as a tennis instructor with a strong understanding of tennis rules, strategies, and techniques. – Ability to teach a wide range of ages and skill levels from youth to adults. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. – A positive, patient, and encouraging coaching style. – Certification from a recognized tennis coaching association is preferred.
