Head Tennis Professional
Club in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is looking for a Head Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and directing all tennis-related programs, including junior clinics, adult clinics, and summer camps.

Running adult and junior tournaments held at the club, assisting in mixers throughout the year.

Lead and manage clinics with professionalism and energy, ensuring players of all levels feel supported and challenged.

Help with light court maintenance and preparation, ensuring a safe experience for all players.

Take on administrative tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:
PTR or USPTA Certification and Safe Play Certification required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 4.0 playing level.

At least 4+ years of teaching experience

Experience in running junior and adult programs with a focus on player development.

Ability to manage classes efficiently and ensure a high-quality experience for participants.

Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Compensation

Percentage of your lessons and clinics.
Percentage of junior program and summer camp
Base salary commensurate with experience.
Benefits: health insurance after 60 days; no cost $25000 accidental death and disability coverage.
