Assistant Tennis Professional
Club in Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Tennis Professionals at Lake Naomi Club are responsible for helping foster a vibrant and engaging environment for tennis. Assistant Professionals will teach tennis clinics and lessons, assist in special events and functions, and provide exceptional service to all members.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of Racquets in all tennis functions.
• Provide group and individual tennis lessons for members of all ages and abilities.
• Assist in pro shop responsibilities.
• Run tennis clinics for adults and juniors while promoting an energetic and welcoming environment.
• Maintain the tennis courts in a professional manner by sweeping and lining courts when needed.
• Participate as a member of a team with the other professionals on staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude during all events and functions.
• Provide stringing services to members in a timely manner.
• Participate in special events and functions for tennis and pickleball.
• Assist in setting up courts and supplies for junior programs.
• Provide member feedback to the DOR.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Pickleball opportunities are available but not required.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of prior teaching experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RSPA or PTR/PPR certifications preferred.
• Experience working with juniors.

Compensation
• Commensurate with experience.
• Weekly stipend.
• Hourly pay for time spent on court teaching lessons and clinics.
