Racquets Club in Easton, Pennsylvania is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Northwood Racquet & Fitness is dedicated to providing a top-tier tennis experience for players of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Tennis Professional to join our team and help foster a love for the game among our junior players.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Tennis Professional who is eager to learn and grow in their coaching career. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with young athletes and adult players while continuously improving their own coaching skills.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct group and private lessons for junior players of varying skill levels.
• Teach adult players of all levels, providing structured and engaging instruction.
• Create dynamic lesson plans focused on skill development, strategy, and fitness.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment to maximize student engagement.
• Provide clear instruction and constructive feedback to help players progress.
• Assist in organizing junior programs, leagues, and special events.
• Stay open to mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure a safe and professional learning atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience coaching tennis players (18 and under)
• Strong playing background with a passion for teaching.
• USPTA or PTR certification (preferred but not required).
• Eager to learn and develop as a coach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Reliable and professional with strong organizational skills.
• Pickleball experience preferred but not required.

Compensation:
• $25-$35 per hour
