Club in Lexington, Kentucky is looking for a full-time Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Facility: 15 Indoor Courts | 7 Outdoor Courts
Visa Sponsorship: H-1B Sponsorship Available

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Tennis Professional to join our dynamic team in Lexington, KY. Our state-of-the-art facility features 15 indoor and 7 outdoor courts, offering year-round tennis programming for juniors, adults, and high-performance athletes. The ideal candidate will have a strong playing background, excellent communication skills, and a love for teaching players of all ages and skill levels.

This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation structure and the opportunity to build a strong private lesson clientele. We are proud to offer H-1B visa sponsorship for qualified international applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide private and group tennis instruction to juniors, adults, and high-performance players

Assist in the development and implementation of junior and adult programs, clinics, and camps

Support league play, USTA tournaments, and other tennis events hosted at the facility

Promote tennis programs within the community and engage with members to encourage participation

Collaborate with fellow staff and management to deliver a world-class tennis experience

Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude both on and off the court

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a tennis coach or professional player

Strong understanding of tennis technique, strategy, and player development

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Passionate about teaching and helping players improve at all levels

USPTA or PTR certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Eligibility for H-1B visa sponsorship (we will assist in the process)
