Club in Lexington, Kentucky is looking for a full-time Tennis Professional.

Position Summary

Lexington Tennis Club is seeking an energetic, team-oriented, and experienced Full-Time Tennis Professional to join our vibrant instructional staff. This position will focus on providing high-quality tennis instruction through private lessons, group clinics, and junior development programs. The ideal candidate will also contribute to club programming, social events, tournaments, and help grow the game within the community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct private and semi-private lessons for juniors and adults

Lead or assist with adult clinics, cardio tennis, and USTA league practices

Develop and implement junior programming, from beginner to high-performance levels

Assist with the organization and execution of club tournaments, socials, and special events

Foster strong relationships with members to encourage engagement and program participation

Promote a positive and inclusive tennis culture within the club

Maintain professionalism on and off the court as a representative of LTC

Qualifications

USPTA or PTR certified (or in process of certification)

Minimum of 1–3 years of coaching or teaching experience preferred

Strong playing background (college-level or high-level competitive experience preferred)

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Passion for teaching and growing the game at all levels

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
