Head Tennis Professional
Club in Warrenton, Virginia is looking for a full-time Head Tennis Professional.

The Head Professional will work closely with the Director of Racquet Sports and be actively involved both on and off the court. Responsibilities include teaching private lessons, running clinics and camps, assisting with junior and adult programming, organizing events and socials, and supporting pro shop and court maintenance operations.

There is also an added bonus opportunity for candidates interested in pickleball instruction, as demand continues to grow within the club. In addition, the position can include front desk or administrative hours as needed or for those seeking additional hours to round out a full-time schedule.

Qualifications:
USPTA or PTR certified (or actively pursuing certification)
4.5+ level player
Strong teaching experience with all ages and levels — from beginners to tournament players
Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Stringing experience preferred (but not required)
Pickleball teaching experience a plus

Compensation:
Hourly base pay or salary for the right candidate
Additional commission on lessons, clinics, and camps
Compensation commensurate with experience
Opportunities for extra income through pickleball instruction, racquet stringing, and front desk work

Responsibilities Include:
