Matrix Racquet Club is Northwest Arkansas’ hub for tennis pickleball padel fitness and community. We are a fast growing high energy club with a culture built on excellence friendliness and an outstanding member experience.

Our campus includes:
• 6 indoor tennis courts
• 4 outdoor tennis courts
• 8 indoor pickleball courts
• 4 outdoor pickleball courts
• 3 outdoor padel courts
• Strength and conditioning gym and The Cage HIIT studio
• Café and social spaces
• Robust schedules of events leagues mixers tournaments and junior development programs

Position Summary

The Tennis Coach is a full time role focused on delivering high quality instruction developing players of all levels and enhancing the overall tennis experience at Matrix. This position includes on court coaching player development and strong member engagement along with involvement in club events camps mixers and seasonal programs.

Key Responsibilities
On Court Coaching and Player Development

• Teach private and group lessons for juniors and adults
• Lead clinics drills and specialized programs focused on fundamentals footwork strategy and match play
• Coach team practices USTA and league players and tournament prep sessions
• Support Matrix Camps and seasonal programs

Member Engagement and Standards

• Build strong relationships with players parents and members
• Welcome new members and help them connect with programs
• Maintain clean organized professional court environments
• Arrive prepared punctual and dressed in Matrix appropriate attire
• Participate in staff trainings meetings and club initiatives

Qualifications

• Competitive tennis background college play preferred
• Previous coaching or teaching experience required
• Pickleball or padel knowledge is a plus
• Energetic professional reliable and excited to be part of a growing racquets program
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Schedule and Work Environment

• Full time approximately 40 to 45 hours per week
