Club in Evergreen, Colorado is looking for a Pickleball/Tennis Professional.

Club 45 is the Foothills’ premier indoor racquet facility, offering a welcoming, community-driven environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Located just minutes from Evergreen and conveniently accessible from Denver, Club 45 provides year-round play with indoor tennis and pickleball courts, expanding amenities, professional-level coaching, and an energized, growth-focused atmosphere.

Job Description:

Club 45 is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated Tennis Professionals and Pickleball Professionals to join our racquet sports team. We are looking to hire multiple teaching professionals for both tennis and pickleball, and we strongly encourage applicants who can teach both disciplines. Multi-sport pros will benefit from increased lesson demand, schedule flexibility, and expanded career growth within our rapidly growing programs.

This is not a club for passive or unmotivated pros—our environment is fast-paced, growth-oriented, and ideal for professionals who want to build a meaningful career in the industry.

You will work directly for owners who are professional tennis players and experienced high-level coaches, giving you rare access to mentorship and guidance from people who genuinely understand what it takes to succeed in the racquet sports industry. You’ll have the freedom to refine your coaching style, build your brand, and develop programs that inspire players.

Our leadership team understands the daily realities of being a tennis or pickleball professional and fully supports your personal and professional growth. Opportunities for advancement, including senior staff or assistant director roles, are available for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction to players of all ages and abilities
Design and implement engaging clinics, drills, and seasonal programs
Participate in community outreach and help grow racquet and paddle sports in the Foothills
Collaborate with staff to maintain a warm, member-first culture
Build and market your coaching brand within the club
Stay current with player-development methodologies and industry trends
Bring energy, professionalism, and consistency to every session
Complete light administrative tasks (with additional compensation)

Qualifications:

Tennis Professionals: Proven coaching experience or strong potential as an emerging professional
Minimum USTA 4.0 playing level (Tennis)
Certification from PTR, USPTA, or USTA (or willingness to obtain)
Pickleball Professionals: Minimum 4.5 DUPR rating
Firm grasp of modern pickleball teaching fundamentals
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team-first environment (ALL PROS)
Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for player development
Self-motivated, reliable, and excited to build and grow a client base
