Junior Female Tennis Coach
Club in Bay Head, New Jersey is looking for a Junior Female Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
Bay Head Yacht Club seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Tennis Junior Pro to help with the junior summer racquets program for kids of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tennis instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and promote sportsmanship and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Implement engaging tennis lesson plans for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
Assess players’ skills and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Create a fun, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters a love of the game.
Communicate effectively with players and their families regarding program details, schedules, and player progress.
Maintain the tennis courts and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all participants.
Collaborate with club staff in planning and executing special tennis events and activities.

Requirements
Certifications and Experience
Proven experience as a tennis coach or instructor, preferably in a summer camp or club
environment.
Strong understanding of tennis techniques, strategies, and game rules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages.
Certification from a recognized tennis association (e.g., USPTA, PTR) is preferred but not required.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Working Conditions
