Director of Racquet Sports
Club in Kennesaw, Georgia is looking for a Director of Racquet Sports.

Position Overview:
Country Club is seeking a passionate, energetic, and professional Director of Racquet Sports to lead and elevate our tennis and pickleball programs. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of racquet sports operations, including program development, staff leadership, and delivering high-quality instruction to players of all ages and abilities.

The Director will play a key role in fostering a culture of player development, sportsmanship, and engagement, while continuing to expand and enhance our tennis and pickleball offerings. o 10 & under clinics
o Private Lessons
• Current Special Events Include:
o Adult Social Tennis Mixers
o Pickleball
o Junior Camps
o Drop-In Drills
o Match Play

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all tennis and pickleball programming, including Junior Development, High Performance, and Adult Clinics, with a focus on player development and program growth.
• Support and grow ALTA teams with practices, match preparation, and seasonal clinics.
• Organize and coach clinics, private lessons, team practices, and instructional programs for players of all ages and skill levels
• Plan and execute club events, tournaments, leagues, and special racquet sports programming to enhance member engagement.
• Welcome and orient new members to racquet sports facilities, programming, and services
• Assist with racquet stringing, pro shop sales, and member engagement when needed.
• Maintain courts and equipment in professional condition.

Qualifications
• USPTA or PTR Certification (or actively working toward certification).
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for player development and delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by programming.
Compensation
• Commensurate with experience
• Additional income through private lessons, clinics/drills, stringing, and merchandise sales
