High Performance Tennis Coach
Club in George Town, Cayman Islands is looking for a High Performance Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
A premier private tennis business is seeking a motivated and experienced tennis coach to join our team.

Our mission is to maximize player potential through structured methodology, elite coaching standards, and exceptional client experience.

This role is focused primarily on competitive junior development and high-performance pathways, working with motivated juniors and families in a high-end private-client environment.

The program delivers private lessons, junior development training, and high-performance coaching across private courts and luxury residences in an international island setting.

This position is best suited for coaches with a strong competitive playing background and experience working with serious junior players.

•Guaranteed 15 hours per week of coaching to start
•Opportunity to grow schedule to 20–25+ hours per week
•Afternoon focus on competitive junior development
•Morning availability for private lessons and additional coaching opportunities

Compensation
•Fixed monthly salary
•Commission on every lesson delivered
•Expected earnings: USD$5,000 – USD$6,500 per month
•Tax-free income

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a coach who brings both strong playing experience and professional coaching standards.

Preferred qualifications include:
•Competitive junior background (ITF ranking preferred)
•NCAA collegiate tennis experience or similar high-level playing background
•Minimum 7 years coaching experience
•Experience working with competitive junior players
•Good knowledge of tennis-specific physical conditioning
•Professional, disciplined, and reliable
•Strong communication and customer service skills
•Ability to work with international and high-end clientele
•Driving licence required
•Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands
