Summer Camp in Kents Hill, Maine is looking for a Tennis Director.

Position Overview:
Kents Hill Sports Camp is seeking a Tennis Director for a two week session or for both two week sessions. 1200 a week, all travel and flights to camp are paid for you as well as housing and meals.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tennis Director/ Head Coach to join our team at a girl’s summer camp in Maine. If you have a love for tennis and a desire to inspire the next generation of players, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Director and Head Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the tennis program. You will be the lead coach and mentor to a talented team of instructors, and will have the opportunity to create a fun and challenging environment that helps campers develop their skills and love for the sport.

In this role, you will be provided with all expenses paid (Housing, Meals, Travel expenses) and a competitive salary. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

2+ years of coaching experience
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of instructors
Ability to create and implement effective training programs for players of all skill levels
A passion for working with children and helping them develop their skills and love for Tennis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
