Tennis facility in Appleton, Wisconsin is looking for a full-time Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:

Duties
-Provide professional tennis coaching and instruction tailored to individual and group skill levels
-Develop customized training plans that incorporate sports-specific techniques and physical education principles
-Lead engaging tennis clinics, lessons, and drills to improve players’ technique, strategy, and fitness
-Adhere to safety protocols and be capable of providing assistance via AED (Automated External Defibrillator), CPR, or other emergency situation management procedures
-Promote sportsmanship, positive behavior management, and teamwork among participants of all ages
-Assist with court maintenance, scheduling, and equipment organization to ensure optimal playing conditions
-Communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff to track progress and provide constructive feedback

Experience
-Prior experience as a tennis instructor or coach is highly preferred
-Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings
-Strong communication skills to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners
-Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a fun and disciplined learning atmosphere
