Head Women’s Tennis Coach
University in Lexington, Virginia is looking for a Head Women’s Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
This is a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track faculty position reporting to the Director of Athletics. Responsibilities include organizing, developing and administering all phases of the Women’s Tennis program, including but not limited to: recruitment, budget management, on-field coaching, and the supervision and mentoring of an assistant coach. The successful candidate will teach in our required Physical Education program. Candidates must be committed to a philosophy of being an educator, building a successful, respected program, and exhibit a strong commitment toward adhering to the policies and guidelines of Washington and Lee’s Physical Education and Athletics Department, NCAA, and ODAC. Emphasis on academic priorities for student-athletes as well as the importance of good citizenship both on and off the playing field will also be considered.

The expected salary for this position is between $72,000 – $100,000. Offers are based on factors such as relevant education, experience, rank, tenure status, internal equity, and market and organizational considerations.
