Tennis Academy in Houston, Texas is looking for a full-time High Performance Junior Director.

Position Overview:
Academy in Houston, Texas is looking for a full-time Director of High Performance Junior Tennis. $60,000 – $100,000+ yearly

We are looking for a high energy and motivated applicant to fill this position. The applicant should previously reached a UTR of 12+. Must have strong leadership level and ability to develop High Performance players in large group as well as private settings. Current junior program consists of over 100 of the areas top players that range from 3-12 UTR.

Compensation based on salary, hourly wage and bonuses. Can hire immediately with 15 + hours guaranteed during the school year and 30+ hours guaranteed during the summer months. Position would be as an independent contractor. Housing is available. Must have current working visa for US.
