Location: Global Tour Travel

Role Summary:

A top junior/WTA prospect is seeking an experienced, high-level hitting partner and travel coach to join her core team. This role will work directly under the guidance of the player’s Head Coach during tournament travel and training blocks.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Playing Level: Minimum 13.0+ Men’s UTR (or equivalent pro/ATP/Division 1 college playing background).

Tour Experience: Background playing on the pro tour or high-level collegiate tennis.

Personality & EQ: Easygoing, adaptable, highly professional, and emotionally mature. Must navigate heavy tour travel and close family dynamics (mother travels full-time) with composure and respect.

Role Scope: High-intensity daily hitting, match preparation, on-site scouting support, and seamlessly executing the Head Coach’s tactical plan on the road.

Compensation: Competitive salary + full tour expenses covered (based on experience).
