Lotus Racquet Club is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Pickleball Professional to join our established and growing racquets program in Boca Raton, Florida.

We are looking for more than just an excellent instructor. We want a confident leader with a strong on-court presence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the initiative to develop programs, build relationships, and create exceptional experiences for our members.

About Lotus Racquet Club

Lotus is home to a vibrant, highly engaged racquets community with an active competitive and social playing environment.

Our facility features:

6 lighted pickleball courts

8 lighted tennis courts

9 competitive pickleball teams

7 competitive tennis teams

Women’s, men’s, and mixed doubles league competition

An enthusiastic member base with strong participation in racquets programming

With 16 competitive teams and an active membership, Lotus offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to establish a strong teaching clientele and contribute to the continued growth of our programs.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who brings energy, confidence, leadership, and professionalism to the court.

We value individuals who take ownership of their work, recognize opportunities, and have the entrepreneurial drive to build successful programs.

Qualifications and Attributes

Proven pickleball coaching and instructional experience

Strong playing ability and commanding on-court presence

Natural leadership skills and an engaging personality

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to independently develop and grow lessons, clinics, and events

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience working with competitive league players

Organized, dependable, professional, and team-oriented

PPR certification or equivalent preferred

Ability to teach tennis is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality private and group pickleball instruction

Develop and lead clinics for various skill levels

Support competitive teams through coaching, drills, and player development

Organize and lead round robins, mixers, tournaments, and special events

Identify opportunities to expand member participation and programming

Build strong relationships with members and foster a positive club atmosphere

Collaborate with the Director of Racquets and the professional coaching team
