Head Racquets Professional
Country Club in Lake Quivira, Kansas is looking for a Head Racquets Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking someone who is motivated and enthusiastic about this position. The ideal candidate will be USPTA Certified Experience teaching all ages and skill levels preferred, experience with Pickleball, two to three year competitive playing experience and racquet supervisory experience. This position will assist the Director in organizing all tennis and Pickleball activities, will help plan and promote clinics, league teams, mixers and intraclub events. Anyone interested in becoming future Director of Racquets should apply. Lake Quivira Head Professional will have “work-life” balance. 2 days off a week for the majority of the year. Special events from time to time will have you working a 6th day. This is 7-8 times total a year! Racquet stringing will also be another revenue stream.

Candidate must have own form of transportation and be a resident of the US or have green card.

Compensation includes base salary, percentage of lessons and clinics, stringing, daily meals along with percentage of Health, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance.

Salary Base Range : $40,000-$45,000. Total compensation package: $90,000-$95,000
