Head Tennis Professional
Club in Greensboro, North Carolina is looking for a Head Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for teaching, planning, implementing, and promoting tennis programs for all age groups, while providing outstanding customer service to the Members and Guests of the Club. Maintain courts and ensure that the environment is safe and clean for all those who use the facility.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Effectively plans, organizes, and conducts tennis lessons for all ages and abilities.

2. Works with the Director to monitor tennis shop operations, merchandising, and ensures the appropriate merchandise is stocked.

3. Creating and sending communications to tennis membership

4. Ensures players receive exemplary customer service and understand the importance of building individual guest contacts. 5. Assist in planning and promoting social tennis/pickleball events for membership.

6. Arrange and lead training camps, skill improvement courses, and clinics.

7. Will be required to work some shop hours and work some weekends.

8. When needed, repair and restring tennis equipment.

19. Obtain a basic understanding of Pickleball rules and play. (There is great potential for someone with Pickleball experience to offer clinics, run leagues, and events.)
