High Performance Head Coach
Club in Tampa, Florida is looking for a High Performance Head Coach.

Position Overview:
Facility background:

The HCC Tennis Center, recently awarded a 2021 Outstanding Facility Award by the USTA, is home to thousands of tennis & pickleball players throughout the Tampa Bay Area. We are home to top ATP/WTA touring tennis professionals in the world as well as our National Champion collegiate tennis team. Our programming features open court play as well as clinics, lessons, and leagues. We also host several different tournaments, leagues, and special events throughout the year. Our goal here at the tennis center is to always provide a positive experience for our players, members, and anyone who walks through the door.

Coaching Duties:

This position will be primarily responsible for running and coaching our high performance programming which includes putting together effective lesson plans each week, maintaining ongoing communication with players and parents, helping to plan tournament schedules for our players, and other misc. coaching/admin tasks as assigned.

This position, as a secondary role, may also be required to coach some of our other various junior and adult group clinics (ranging in levels) as well as conducting private, semi-private, and group lessons for our players and members.

Given how busy we are and how many available lesson opportunities you will have, being able to organize and adhere to a busy schedule is also is a big part of the position as well.

Skills & Work Experience:

As an HCC Tennis Center Tennis Professional, you are expected to be professional, punctual, and demonstrate good communication skills. At least 2 years of coaching experience is preferred as well as being a high performance level player. 4.5-5.0+ is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
