Club in Sea Island, Georgia is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Tennis Instructor, where your strong tennis skills and passion for teaching will inspire players of all levels. We are looking for someone with a college degree (preferred) and relevant licenses or certifications who excels in communication and can present information effectively in both one-on-one and group settings. Requirements
• Teach tennis lessons to guests and members, demonstrating proper techniques and strategies for improvement.
• Maintain and organize tennis courts and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Accurately record and process orders and payments in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Complete Guest Problem Resolutions (GPR) forms for any issues and follow up as necessary.
• Attend employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various outdoor conditions.
• Assist in adult and junior clinics, as well as round robin tournaments.
• Learn and recognize regular guests and members by name to enhance customer service.
• Stay informed about local attractions, dining options, and guest services to assist with inquiries.
• Report equipment problems, maintenance issues, and safety hazards to a supervisor immediately.
• Execute additional duties as delegated by leadership in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company grooming standards, avoiding visible tattoos and unnatural hairstyles.
