Tennis Manager
Club in Medford, New York is looking for a Tennis Manager.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader with proven skills in managing facilities, customer-focused businesses, or similar operations. Candidates with a background in racquet sports (e.g., padel, tennis, squash) and knowledge of business administration are highly desirable, as they bring a unique blend of sport-specific expertise and professional skills. While prior experience in sports management is a plus, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates strong leadership, operational expertise, and a willingness to grow with the club.

Responsibilities of the Manager/Co-Owner:
1. Supervise daily club operations and ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
2. Manage local staff (full-time workers and coaches) and foster a positive work environment.
3. Build relationships with the community and customers, organize events, and ensure an exceptional experience.
4. Ensure compliance with all local regulations.
5. Act as a liaison between the remote team and operations in the USA.
6. Oversee club income and expenses and collaborate on financial planning.
7. Implement local marketing and promotion strategies.
8. Support the coach in organizing sports activities and events.
