Assistant Coach Men’s Tennis
Tennis facility in Williamsburg, Virginia is looking for an Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Coach will be responsible for player development, recruiting, directing conditioning programs, working with student athletes on and off the court to improve both physically and mentally, and assisting with interoffice administrative tasks as required.

Conditions of Employment
• Must work nights and weekends.
• Frequent overnight travel during week and on weekends on a monthly basis through out the year.
• Prolonged period of sitting and standing indoors/outdoors and frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
• Yearly completion of NCAA compliance certification.
• Current CPR certification or completed within 6 months of employment.
• Must meet physical requirements for the job, including the ability to withstand extreme weather conditions for prolonged periods of time; participate and lead strenuous physical activities, both indoors and out.
• This is a restricted position subject to availability of funding.
