Racquets Professional
Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for a Racquets Professional.

Instruction & Member Engagement

Conduct private and group lessons in both tennis and pickleball for all ages and skill levels.
Lead high-energy clinics, drill sessions, and junior development programs.
Provide individualized coaching to enhance player performance and enjoyment.
Implement modern teaching techniques and stay updated with trends in both sports.

Program & Event Leadership

Plan and execute a calendar of engaging tennis and pickleball events, including leagues, tournaments, mixers, and social play formats.
Collaborate on signature club events and seasonal activations that integrate both sports.
Create structured learning pathways and progress tracking for all player types.

Community Engagement

Cultivate an inclusive, fun, and welcoming culture across tennis and pickleball communities.
Serve as an on- and off-court ambassador for the racquets department.
Proactively engage with members to encourage participation and foster long-term relationships.

Team Collaboration & Club Integration

Work closely with the Director of Racquets and other professionals to deliver a unified racquets vision.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, supporting the golf, wellness, and social departments as needed.
Assist with scheduling, member communication, and racquets desk coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Tennis and/or Pickleball Professional at a private club or racquet facility.
RSPA, PTR, PPR, or USA Pickleball certification(s) preferred.
Advanced playing and demonstration level in both tennis (4.5+) and pickleball (4.5/5.0+).
High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to member service.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in event planning, program growth, and junior development is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

Up to 70% lessons commission (based on experience and tier level).
Hourly or fixed wage for administrative tasks up to 40 hours (based on duties/role)
