Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma is looking for a full-time Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
Location: Genesis Health Club Riverside, Tulsa Oklahoma
Job Type: Full-Time (including evenings and weekends)
Reports To: Director of Tennis
Salary: Commensurate with experience; includes hourly lesson rate.

Job Summary:
Genesis Health Club – Tulsa is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and skilled Tennis Professional to join our tennis program. This full-time position requires teaching private and group lessons to juniors and adults of all skill levels, assisting in the development of junior competitive players, and helping organize and run tennis programs, clinics, leagues, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to promote and grow our tennis programming.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality private and group tennis instruction to players of all ages and skill levels.

Develop and implement lesson plans and clinics that cater to beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.

Coach junior players in recreational and competitive programs (10 & Under Tennis, USTA Junior Circuit, high-performance).

Assist with planning and execution of camps, USTA tournaments, mixers, club events.

Maintain a strong on-court presence and act as an ambassador for the club’s tennis programs.

Collaborate with other pros and staff to create a positive, welcoming environment.

Help recruit new players and retain current members through engaging programming.

Ensure courts are kept clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a club, academy, or school setting.

Certified by or working toward certification from USPTA or PTR (or international equivalent).

Strong playing background (collegiate preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays..

Must pass background check and comply with SafeSport guidelines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with 10 & Under tennis (Red, Orange, Green Ball).
