Club in Lebanon, New Jersey is looking for a Tennis Professional.

Position Overview:
The Racquet Club, a premier racquet sports facility in Lebanon, New Jersey, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Tennis/Pickleball Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with expertise in both Tennis and Pickleball to contribute to our vibrant community. Whether you wish to specialize in pickleball, focus on tennis, or continue excelling in both, this role offers the flexibility to align with your strengths and passion.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality Tennis and Pickleball instruction, including private lessons, group clinics, and camps for players of all ages and skill levels. – Develop and implement engaging programs to promote participation and growth in both sports. – Provide personalized coaching to enhance player performance and foster a positive, inclusive environment. – Maintain court facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members. – Collaborate with the Courtside team to promote club activities and build community engagement.

Requirements:

- Professional certification in pickleball (e.g., PPR, IPTPA) and/or tennis (e.g., USPTA, PTR) preferred. – Proven experience teaching or coaching pickleball and/or tennis to diverse groups. – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with players of all ages and abilities. – Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about promoting racquet sports. – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. – Knowledge of current trends in pickleball and tennis is a plus.

Compensation:

Hourly rate based on experience with bonus incentives for On Court Hours.
Off Court Pay Rate available.
