Tennis Instructor
Tennis facility in Naples, Florida is looking for a Tennis Instructor.

Position Overview:
The Tennis Instructor is responsible for delivering exceptional service to the facility, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role includes teaching lessons, providing private and group instruction, and promoting the sport, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

What You Will Do:
• Be part of the pre-opening team!
• Assist in delivering high-quality private and group tennis instruction that exceeds guest expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to play tennis, with a minimum proficiency level of 4.5.
• Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests.
• Greet guests with the ability to describe tennis services and related activities.
• Assist Attendants to set up tennis courts for daily play with water, balls, towels, etc.
• Assist Attendants to set up ball machines for guests to practice on courts.
• Ensure proper stock levels of on-court supplies for instructional programs.
• Actively promote tennis instruction and related activities to members and guests.
• Work closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events.
• Contribute to maintaining the tennis facility by keeping the courts clean and well-maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

What You Bring:
• Minimum of 2 + years experience in the tennis teaching industry at a similar club or luxury resort setting.
• Professional certification from recognized tennis organizations preferred.
• Creative yet sound approach to delivering tennis instruction.
• Understanding of high-quality tennis guest service experience by assessing the skill level of each student and tailoring instruction to their needs.
• Ability to encourage and motivate others to reach their full potential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8 or more hours a day with the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, and to be outside for extended periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
