Director of Junior Tennis
Club in Fort Collins, Colorado is looking for a Director of Junior Tennis.

Position Overview:

You will lead and execute a junior strategy that focuses on:
• Increasing participation, retention, and referrals
• Improving profitability and programming quality
• Creating a year-round, 7-day-a-week junior tennis calendar
• Helping to build a world-class team of professionals
• Attracting new members to the club and lowering attrition
• Developing players through a clear Junior Pathway and competitive structure
• Elevating our reputation and presence in the local tennis community and beyond (including the possibility of managing the tennis programming for Greeley).

Primary Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
• Hire and train junior tennis professionals with the support of the Tennis Director
• Manage team size and ensure appropriate coach-to-player ratios
• Motivate and hold staff accountable through regular meetings, goal setting, and feedback
• Uphold all Genesis club policies and foster a culture of professionalism and positivity
• Collaborate with the Tennis Director and Head Pro, Martin Krbec, to maximize court usage

Program Development & Execution
• Create, lead, and continuously improve junior tennis programming for all levels
• Launch new classes, themed events, and play opportunities for year-round engagement
• Ensure programming is well-marketed, visible, and communicated via Spond, email, web, and social
• Maintain high-quality instructional standards and safety protocols on all courts
• Promote competitive events (match play, team events) to drive player progression

Parent & Community Engagement
• Lead all parent communication and relationship-building strategies
• Host regular parent meetings and distribute programming updates
• Develop partnerships with local high / middle school coaches and engage former Genesis participants
• Represent Genesis with professionalism at all internal and external events
Facility & Equipment Oversight
• Maintain court safety, cleanliness, and readiness
• Monitor and manage equipment needs and repair schedules

Administrative & Financial
• Create and monitor budgets and P&L reports for all junior programs
• Track registration and collections
• Monitor and improve revenue, net profit, and participation rates
• Report and respond to performance data with a growth mindset
• Maintain full accountability for registration, billing, and class rosters

Success Metrics & Fiscal Responsibility
You will manage and grow the business using these core performance indicators:
• Total revenue and net profit
• Quarterly revenue growth (target: >7%)
• Number of unique junior participants
• Member satisfaction and retention
• Pro hours taught (individual and team)
• Comp hits and conversions

Position Requirements

• Be on court a minimum of 25 hours per week initially
