Position Summary
The Tennis Coach is a full-time position responsible for delivering high-quality tennis instruction, building strong relationships with players and families, and supporting the overall growth of the tennis program. This role focuses on on-court coaching, player development, and member engagement, with opportunities to assist in events, camps, and programming.

Key Responsibilities
On-Court Coaching & Player Development
• Provide private and group tennis lessons for juniors and adults of all ages and levels
• Lead clinics, drills, and academies with a focus on fundamentals, strategy, and fun
• Coach team practices, league players, and tournament-prep sessions as needed
Member Experience & Standards
• Build strong, welcoming, and professional relationships with members, parents, and players
• Help new members integrate into classes, clinics, and programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized court environment
• Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally dressed for all sessions
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled

Qualifications
• Competitive playing background (college or high-level junior preferred)
• Previous tennis coaching or teaching experience required
• Pickleball coaching/playing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
