Tennis Innovators is expanding for the Spring–Summer 2026 season and we’re looking for dynamic, high-energy Tennis Professionals and movement-driven coaches to join our growing team.

We are not your traditional tennis company.
We innovate tennis through blending tennis, movement, and sound. We create immersive, high energy environments that elevate focus, energy, and athletic development.

We deliver premium tennis lessons and academies for juniors and adults across NYC and the Hamptons, maintaining a 4:1 player-to-coach ratio to ensure every athlete receives intentional, high-level instruction. Every session is designed with purpose, passion, and precision.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking coaches who bring:
High energy and magnetic presence on court

Confidence leading groups and delivering structured curriculum

Strong tennis background

A passion for connecting to players and player growth.

The ability to inspire athletes of all ages and levels

You must be comfortable coaching both juniors and adults, adapting to various skill levels while maintaining our brand’s signature intensity and professionalism

Tennis Professionals (TPs) will work closely with a Program Director to ensure every class meets Tennis Innovators’ high standards of quality and innovation.

Additional Requirements
Ability to travel to multiple NYC locations
Availability to work at least one weekend day during outdoor season
Background in youth sports and/or education preferred
Professional, team-oriented mindset
