About the Opportunity
The historic Keene Valley Country Club (KVCC)—a 120-year-old summer retreat nestled in the breathtaking Adirondack High Peaks—is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Summer Tennis Director for the 2026 SUMMER season.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and passionate tennis professional to lead a well-established program for adults and youth (from 10 & under through advanced juniors). This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who values continuity and is interested in developing a long-term relationship with a warm, community-centered club.

Position Overview
The Summer Tennis Director will be responsible for:
• Leading group clinics, private lessons, and youth programs
• Tracking player progress and promoting a positive, encouraging environment
• Supporting, developing, and marketing tennis programming, tournaments, and special events
• Helping grow a dynamic and inclusive tennis community
KVCC prides itself on treating staff like family. Directors and coaches are invited and encouraged to participate in club events, socials, parties, and community activities throughout the summer.

Qualifications
Preferred:
• USPTA, ITF, or equivalent professional tennis certification
• Experience running or organizing tennis programs
• Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills
• Organized, energetic, proactive, and reliable
• Passionate about working with players of all ages and skill levels
• Experience maintaining Har-Tru clay courts
